Charlie Strong's Yard is a scrap and boat yard on the Cut in Birmingham. It is owned by Charlie Strong, the uncle of the Shelby siblings.

Background[]

Charlie Strong's Yard is used to transport illegal goods for the Peaky Blinders. It's also where Tommy stables his horses. Charlie Strong runs the place with help from Curly. When someone cannot travel by more conventional means, they will use boats from the yard.

The secluded yard is a fantastic collection. It appears to be a scrap metal yard but there is junk and treasure of every kind. The Grand Union Canal runs through the yard and there are stables for dray horses next to the water. A bonfire burns almost constantly in a corner of the yard. The yard has high walls and a large, corrugated iron gate. There's a small office.
